Absolutely loved this hotel. The attention to details were extraordinary. From the quality toilet paper to marble-like floors and tubs, old school desk and bed and chandelier, the complementary treats, toiletries - everything was spot on. I've never been to a hotel like this one. The lounge for each floor is fit to host the wealthy old families of Europe. Housekeeping did not bother me once. It was a quiet corner away from busy street. To put it simply - I feel pampered. If you're looking for a romantic hotel to please your better half - this hotel just might be it. If you are travelling solo and want to be left alone - this hotel would serve the purpose. I would strongly suggest booking this hotel as early as possible..like 6-8 months early for best price. Once it's time to check in and you had paid a bargain price - the feeling is divine.

Everything was perfect. The bar / terrace was absolutely wonderful. The views were gorgeous. The drinks were very reasonably priced. Less than €5 for an Aperol Spritz. Stepping into this hotel as a dream, with Murano glass and chandeliers in the main entrance. The rooms were exquisite and typically, beautifully Venetian. This area is quiet too so it’s nice to get away from the hustle and bustle, but it’s just a few mins walk away from the main attractions. The thing that really made this hotel, were the staff. The staff even offered to take the luggage to the vaporetto stop for an older lady. I know people are saying about the stairs in the reviews, but you do know that when booking. You can always request a first floor or ground floor room if you are not good with the steps. I’m already planning my return trip!

A hotel on the grand canal, a little off the tourist track but easily accessible from a vaporetto stop, serviced virtually 24hrs. This hotel was cosy, clean and reasonable value for money. The bed and linens were so comfortable. In room tea/coffee and bar fridge provided.Take the breakfast option when booking cause it was superb... continental, hot choices with excellent coffee, tea juice to accompany...the ladies who served at breakfast were lovely and provided us great service. There is a bar and verandah views of the grand canal ( both breakfast room and bar)...we didn't use the bar but it looked inviting. Be aware, however...no lift and the stairs are a little steep...The local neighbourhood afforded some great eateries at really good prices. Would stay again if finding ourselves back in Venice...

A charming historic building of good proportions and outlook. Our room was on the second floor, with two windows and direct views of the Grand Canal which allowed a fantastic opportunity to observe the daily routine and hustle and bustle of canal transport, trade, etc. The room was large and comfortable and tastefully furnished. The breakfast selection was plentiful and the dining staff attentive. The reception staff were also friendly and welcoming. There is no lift, but help with luggage is available. Relatively easy access from Rialto or San Stae ACTV jetties and plenty of dining options nearby. Will stay again.

Unbeatable value, the price of the rooms in this palazzo fluctuates along the year and this time my single room including buffet breakfast was 55 Euros per night. Great location in a very old palazzo that faces the Grand Canal. Elegant room decoration. Very efficient room cleaning service, my blood-stained pillow cover was replaced by a clean one every single day. Good room temperature, last year I complained about my room being cold and now it has not been the case. Very efficient friendly reception staff members. Wide choice of dishes for breakfast.
